before his death
He leaves behind, his wife Cynthia,
His son John and daughter Elizabeth

Dave's funeral was held at :
The
Ardsley crematorium, Barnsley,
on Thursday 29th May 2008
Cynthia spoke to us all from a prepared script
that she had written herself, it was a very warm
story of love, with David

Sad news about Dave ,But at this moment in time i can not place
him even though i was B Coy for most of my Military service Do we
have a photo of Dave , My condolences go,s out to his family .

It is with sadness to hear that Dave has passed away, pleases pass
my deepest codolences to his family. I knew Dave from Malaya,
though he was in B Coy, we always seemed to meet over a few beers.

Sad to hear Dave has passed away. Can you passed on my condolences
to Cynthia. Last spoke to Dave was when I was over the last time.
Me and Dave were in the same section B Coy. There is a photo of
our section on page one of my pommie album. It is the last photo
in that page. Crowie was our Corporal and Paddy Reilly was our
Lance/jack. Dave was the one behind Mick Gledhill.
