II had great respect for your
Grandad,
During short periods I spent in his company when he was on the Regimental
Police.
He was Fair and even handed all round,
He was always good for a smoke break and ten minutes
rest.
Nice to see you on the KOYLI site
Regard
Terry

Hi Laura
I knew your grandfather Arthur well he was in the
Regimental Police when I knew him, I was a bugler early
in my service and spent hours in his company -- a
very nice person, always even handed to everyone
including the prisoners under his charge.
He will be sadly missed by all his KOYLI colleagues
God Bless
